Traderbroes is a small, independent business. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, or offer refunds for unwanted purchases. Please review product descriptions, quantities, and your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@traderbroes.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where available. Please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Our all-sales-final policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law, including a refund, replacement, or other remedy where required.

Orders placed on Whatnot

This policy applies to purchases made on the Traderbroes website. Purchases made through Whatnot are subject to Whatnot’s applicable buyer protection and refund policies. Please request assistance for those purchases through Whatnot.
